HIGH SPEED DIVERTER ECOFLOW
SLD = Single Line Diverter
DLD = Double Line Diverter
The Flowsort sorting modules are high-speed sorters that can be
incorporated into any conveyor system. We use a modular system
that you can configure according to your needs. For example, when
you need a 3-row system, you connect an SLD (1-row) and a DLD
(2-row) together - all plug & play.
ZZ= “ZigZag” Diverter
The ZZ-Diverter is a high-speed sorter in which the deflection discs
are arranged in a zigzag line. This design allows the sorting of small
packages with a size of at least 80x80mm.
SPEEDFLOW COMPACT
Introducing our smallest, lightest, yet fastest solution, the
SpeedFlow Compact, available as SLD and DLD.
The reduced height of only 227 mm allows micro fulfilment centres
to have more layers above each other. With an astonishing speed
of 2m/s, we can achieve up to 8,000 products per hour throuput.
The outstanding performance and slim design enables reliable and
cost-effective sorting, even with limited space.
